• RELIABILITY ENGINEER: Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument / Chemical Engineering, At least 5-10 years experience in a maintenance and engineering role in oil & gas industry, at least 3 years experience in SAP application related to reliability engineering job.

• ASSET INTEGRITY QA/QC SUPERVISOR: Engineering Degree (S1 or Bachelors), 10-20 years experience in operations and/or projects role with offshore platforms, onshore oil & gas facilities including pipelines, possess the Inspector certificates for ASNT III.

QUALIFICATION :
* Having minimum 10 (ten) relevant Experience
* Speaking & Writing proficient English and understand Bahasa Indonesia is desired.
* Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Selection, Installation, Operation Monitoring, Operation and Control, Operations Analysis, Programming, Quality Control Analysis, Repairing, Technology Design, Troubleshooting
* Requires an in depth and detailed knowledge of the operation of the various equipments and processes in the full range of equipment in use and the operating systems.
* An ability to read various types of drawings/schematics and survey and design such schematics as need to display or present a process or operational system.
* Management of Financial Resources, Management of Material Resources, Management of Personnel Resources, Time Management, organization skills.
* Administration and Management, Building and Construction, Computers and Electronics, Customer and Personal Service, Engineering and Technology, English Language, Mathematics, Personnel and Human Resources,

RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Responsible for managing the organization and coordination of all operational activities associated with Drilling Waste Management equipment and services in Indonesia for all areas outside Kalimantan.
2. Responsible to coordinateprojects, making detail plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
3. Responsible for creating and managing local equipment maintenance procedures, schedules and budgets and liaising with both District and Operations Managers and Financial Controller to ensure that the operations, revenues and expenditures are under control.
4. Present and explain proposals, report findings and consult/negotiate project specification to clients.
5. Prepare budgets/cost estimation for bids and contract.
6. Analyze technology, resource needed and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
7. Works with Procurement/Logistic departments to establish cost effective purchase of parts and supplies, selection of suppliers, and establishment of inventory levels for repair parts.
8. Communicates with equipment manufactures and maintenance manager concerning equipment problems and improvements.
9. Oversees fabrication of locally built equipment and adheres to in-house and any other standards.
10. Oversee Indonesian environmental and manpower compliance and reporting as it relates to the personnel, equipment and services issues.
11. Responsible for HSE policy implementation and incident reporting and accident recovery and investigations. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
12. Travel may be required on 24 hour call and be willing to perform various other duties assigned by supervisor/manager within the physical constraints of the job.

->>Instrument Engineer - Qatar based

Reports to Site Engineer,
1. Shall have 5 years experience in design, detailed engineering, installation and commissioning of process control instrument in oil / gas / petrochemical / other process industries.
2. Shall have a knowledge of international standards, codes and practices related to Instrument Engineering.
3. Shall supervise in the design office, design draftsmen, site supervisors and other construction staff assigned installation work.
4. Shall co-ordinate all instrument, testing and maintenance activities.
5. Shall carry out estimation of electrical and / or instrumentation costs on various project bids by the company.
6. Shall prepare project planning, construction and manpower schedule on major projects.
7. Shall monitor and control costs and update monthly cost sheets on major projects.
8. Shall review Quality System Procedures / Engineering Department Procedures on a regular basis and update, whenever required.

Skills
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation (or electrical)
Minimum Experience: 5 Years in a contracting environment
Competency: Basic Engineering - Conceptual Design - Tender Preparation - Negotiation Skills
Project Management / Contracts Administration - Supervision of Design/D'smen
Planning & Cost Control - Customer Relationship - Team Work - Leadership/Personality
